Application:

1.In polyurethane foam, dimethylethanolamine is a co-catalyst and a reactive catalyst for polyurethane flexible foam and polyurethane rigid foam formulations.

2.Used in coatings, paints, and inks.

3.Very suitable for neutralizing free acidity in water-soluble coating resins.

4.Tertiary amine catalysts are particularly effective in promoting the reaction of isocyanates with water.

5.The addition of dimethylethanolamine in the production of foamed PU adhesives, which play an insulating role, is also effective in reducing total costs; also commonly used in polyurethane elastomers.

6.Epoxy resin - dimethylethanolamine is an effective multi-purpose curing agent, acrylic resin - water-soluble dimethylethanolamine salts are used to improve the water resistance of coatings or paint film, etc.

Storage method:

Store in a cool, ventilated warehouse. Keep away from fire and heat source. Storage temperature should not exceed 30℃. Keep the container sealed. It should be stored separately from oxidizers, acids, metal powders, etc., and should not be mixed.
